The steel-framed industrial hall, constructed on reinforced concrete foundations, was developed to meet our client’s increased storage capacity requirements. The building accommodates two office units and a sanitary block, while the remaining floor area is fully dedicated to warehousing functions. The hall is complemented by a spacious, semi-open covered parking bay, enabling convenient and weather-protected loading and unloading operations for transport vehicles.
