Situated in a popular vacation area at the foot of Hargita mountains, the house is located on a sloping plot. The site is surrounded by huge trees and the Ivo stream. The house includes five bedrooms, communal areas, and a built-in sauna. The building occupies its place on the hillside with dignity, at a sufficient distance from the boundaries, focusing on the view. Its architectural design, created with simple elements, is only interrupted by the varying heights of the terraces that clearly direct attention towards the entrance zone. In terms of materials, it blends local traditional stone and wood architecture with modern technical solutions.
