The 600 m² building is located in the industrial area of Székelyudvarhely and it includes a warehouse, offices, and loading spaces. The steel structure, supported by isolated reinforced concrete foundations, was assembled on-site using prefabricated elements and screws, this way significantly accelerating the construction process. The painted steel profiles are resistant to corrosion and ensure the structure's proper fire resistance performance.

The building's cost-effective and sustainable operation is provided by the production of heating energy through a water-to-air heat pump system and the use of Isopan sandwich panels with excellent thermal insulating properties.

The building was completed in only 6 months, from site preparation to achieving a turnkey state.
