The four-unit residential building has a total built area of 450 square meters, distributed across five levels.

Construction took place on an extremely narrow plot with a nearly 14-meter elevation difference — a topographical challenge that demanded high precision from the earliest phases of the project, particularly in ensuring safe working conditions on site.

Throughout the execution process, special emphasis was placed on the high-quality construction of the reinforced concrete structures, as well as the correct implementation of bituminous waterproofing and drainage systems. These components are critical to guaranteeing the long-term structural integrity and durability of the building.
